Digital Unite's Aspire Network

Helping people with learning disabilities build skills for work and life through a Champion approach.

About Aspire

Aspire helps people with learning disabilities build essential digital and workplace skills. It provides e-learning and online resources to help staff, carers and volunteers confidently teach new skills to adults with learning disabilities. It also trains adults with learning disabilities to develop their own confidence and knowledge to help others. Everyone who joins Aspire is called an Aspire Champion!

Who are Aspire Champions?

Aspire Champions are people of all ages and from all backgrounds, communities and abilities.

They help people with a learning disability to gain some of the skills they need for work and life. Aspire Champions can be people who have a learning disability themselves, helping their peers.

You don’t need to be an expert to be a Aspire Champion, just have a bit of spare time, be confident in using computer devices and the internet and a passion to help others.

The Aspire Network has the complete set of tools to help you at every stage of your Aspire Champion’s journey
