Welcome to our new platform!

You will have been sent an email with instructions on how to log into our new platform and a few things that you need to do the first time. Here's a recap.

Your first task is to reset your password:

• Click on the link below called "reset your password now"
• Enter your current email address or username then click 'search'
• Click 'confirm' on the confirmation page
• An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password. Click on it, then follow the steps to reset your password.

Important note!

Your username and email address will be the same as you have been using on our old platform, but if your username contained capital letters, it will now all be lowercase. If you can't remember your username, you can use the username reminder link.

New skills questions

When you first log in we will also ask you some very quick questions about your skills and motivations. This is so we have an up-to-date record of where you feel you are at when you join our new Network.
