Your organisation should have supplied you with a voucher code so you can register as a member of the Network.If you do not have a voucher code please contact your project lead before filling in this form.
These details will never be shared with anybody else.
Your username can be your own name or you can change it to a nickname (but not a rude one of course!). Your username will be visible to other Champions.
If you are working with a helper and they are here now, we have some questions for them to complete. Don't forget, they can read the Helper's Guide to Aspire.If you are working with a helper but they are not here with you now, it would be a good idea to come back to this later when they are with you.
